Iron Heart

Iron Heart runs in St. James, Missouri, at the Forest City MTB Trail (21880 Maramec Spring Dr). This Valentine’s Day-themed trail event celebrates love, friendship, and the outdoors, with a forest setting perfect for a midwinter adventure.

Distances span from 5K to 20K and 5–20 mile options, plus ultramarathons up to 100K and 100M, and a relay format for teams. The course features about 11 miles of winding forest trails and a dedicated mountain-biking flow track. Participants can choose solo, relay, or ultra formats; awards are distributed after all finish.
