Iron Heart

Iron Heart is a Valentine-themed trail running event held in St. James, Missouri, on the Forest City MTB Trail at Maramec Spring Park (21880 Maramec Spring Dr). Runners choose from a wide range of distances, including 5K, 5M, 10K, 10M, 15K, 15M, 20K, 20M, 50K, 50M, and ultramarathon options of 100K or 100M with a 36-hour cutoff.

The course offers winding forest trails and a dedicated mountain-biking flow track, ideal for a midwinter outdoor experience. The event supports solo or relay formats, with awards issued after all relay participants finish.
