Pacing for Preemies 5K

The 2025 Pacing for Preemies 5K is a running and walking event held at Flowood Nature Park in Flowood, Mississippi. Participants can choose to run, walk, or join virtually, with all routes starting and finishing at the park. The course follows a jogging path along Flowood Drive to the Bella Ridge neighborhood entrance and back.

The event honors and supports premature infants and their families, benefiting the Mothers' Milk Bank of Mississippi. Registration includes a T-shirt (if registered by August 29) and a swag bag. Awards are given for top finishers, fundraising achievements, and largest team participation.
