About the race
Palm Desert 1/2 Marathon & 5K takes place in Palm Desert, California, with start and finish at Palm Desert Civic Center Park. The event offers the Coachella Valley’s only half marathon and a flat, fast 5K course, plus a 1K Kids Run for ages up to 13. Participants receive an official race t‑shirt, a finisher medal, timing, and post‑race food; a post‑race expo and party complete the experience.
For non-runners, virtual options are available (Virtual 1/2 Marathon and Virtual 5K). The event also features a family‑friendly, desert atmosphere and opportunities to explore local sponsors and hotels.
