Pass Mountain Trail Runs takes place Saturday, November 8, 2025, at Usery Mountain Regional Park in Mesa, Arizona. Course and logistics
Courses use trails inside Usery Mountain Regional Park and nearby Tonto National Forest, including sections on the Goldfield Mountains, Maricopa Trail, Hawes Trail system, Levee Trail, and Bulldog Canyon. Terrain examples listed include single track, OHV trail, sandy washes, exposed rocky sections, and Cholla forest segments. Distance and elevation details are provided for each race; aid stations are positioned approximately every 3.0 to 8.6 miles and supply water, electrolyte drink, sweet and salty snacks, and fruit. The event is cupless; runners should bring a reusable cup or purchase one on site.
Crew, pacer, and drop-bag rules vary by distance: pacers are allowed only for the 50 Mile at specified aid stations; crews have limited access points; remote drop bags are provided for the 50 Mile and drop bags are available at the start/finish for other distances. There is a park entry fee per vehicle, and some entrants may need to use event shuttles from off-site or overflow parking. MedStar Solutions medical staff will be on site for first aid.
