Penn State College Day 5k

The 23rd Penn State College Day 5k is a running event held in Dewey Beach, Delaware, starting at North Beach Restaurant on McKinley Street. This USATF-certified 5k features an out-and-back course through residential neighborhoods. Participants are encouraged to wear their college colors for a chance to win special prizes.

The event includes competitive walking and a free Kiddie K race for children 8 and under. Amenities include gender-specific tech shirts, giveaways, and a large post-race party with food and beer for adults. Awards are given for top finishers in various categories, and timing is done with chip technology.
