Penton Memorial 10K Cross Country Turkey Trot
The Penton Memorial Turkey Trot is scheduled for Thursday, November 27, 2025, at Lorain County Community College in Elyria, Ohio. The event is the 57th edition and is held on the LCCC cross country course. It is sponsored by LCCC Health, Physical Education & Recreation and other local organizations.

Both events list a registration fee of $15 and have a registration deadline of November 25, 2025 at 11:59 pm EST. There will be no race day registration. The 10K is described as a true cross country course and includes five-year age group awards. The 2 Mile Fun Run is offered without awards.
Packet pick up is scheduled for Wednesday, November 26 from 12:00 pm to 7:30 pm in the Physical Education building lobby at Lorain County Community College, 1005 N Abbe Road, Elyria, OH. Race day packet pick up will also be available starting at 7:30 am. Sponsors include Lorain County Community College, Peace Racing, and Lorain County Veterans.
