About the race
The Peterson Ridge Rumble is a fun, low-key trail running event held near Sisters, Oregon, utilizing the scenic Peterson Ridge and Metolius-Windigo multi-use trails. The race offers three distances: 40 miles, a trail marathon (27.8 miles), and 20 miles, all starting and finishing at Sisters Middle School. The courses feature a mix of gentle uphills, downhills, and challenging sections with beautiful views of Central Oregon's Cascades.
Aid stations are well spaced, and the event supports the Sisters High School Cross Country team and Sisters Trails Alliance.
