Phi Delta Theta 5k for ALS

Registration

The Phi Delta Theta 5k for ALS is an annual running event organized by the NC Eta chapter of Phi Delta Theta, aimed at raising awareness and funds for ALS research. Inspired by Lou Gehrig, a Phi Delt brother and baseball legend, the event encourages participants of all skill levels to run, walk, or jog in support of the cause. All proceeds benefit the LiveLikeLou foundation, which focuses on ALS advocacy and research.

The race also honors the memory of Teresa Spangler, a dedicated member of the ALS community who passed away in 2024. Join the community in this meaningful event to help combat ALS. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.

Always double-check with the organizer's website – things can change, and we might have sprinted past a few details!
