Pilot Hill 25k
The Pilot Hill 25K is Wyoming's oldest continuously run footrace, originating in the 1970s. This classic race features a challenging course on rugged trails, including sandy flats and steep climbs, culminating at the summit of Pilot Hill, offering stunning views of the surrounding mountains. Participants are encouraged to bring their own hydration containers, as the event is cupless to promote environmental sustainability.
Proceeds benefit Pilot Hill Inc., which focuses on conservation and outdoor recreation in Albany County. The event fosters community spirit and encourages runners to explore Laramie post-race.
