The Pioneer Prairie Dog event is scheduled for Sunday, August 23, 2026, at Westminster Promenade Terrace, 10060 Westminster Blvd, Westminster, CO 80020 (across from the Westin). The event includes a half marathon, a 10k and a 5k. The half marathon is open to ages 16 and older. The race is listed as an official qualifier for BolderBoulder.

Registration prices shown are $75 for the half marathon, $45 for the 10k and $35 for the 5k; all-in pricing reflects included processing fees. Each registrant receives a gender-specific performance short-sleeved race shirt, a finisher's pint glass, chip timing, free photo downloads and free GPS tracking for friends and family. Half marathon participants receive a finisher's medal. Shirt sizes are listed during registration and some sizes may sell out; a shirt exchange is available at the race expo. The event partners with Sneakers4Good; donated shoes support the charity Growing Home. A MapMyRun course map and RaceJoy GPS tracking are available for the event.
