Poolesville Day 5K

The Poolesville Day 5K Run/Walk is an annual community event held in Poolesville, Maryland, on the morning of Poolesville Day. Hosted by the Town of Poolesville and coordinated by the Poolesville Area Chamber of Commerce (PACC) and the Monocacy Lions Club, it welcomes runners and walkers of all abilities. The event features a 5K Run and a 5K Walk, with shirts for the first 450 registrants and typically more than 400 participants.

Pets and skates are not allowed on the course. About 30–45 minutes after the 5K ends, the Poolesville Day Parade kicks off a family-friendly festival with vendors, food, and entertainment near the finish. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
