The organizer uses a race credit system for cancellations: canceling more than 30 days before race day yields 100% race credit for another event; canceling between 30 days and two weeks before race day yields 50% race credit. No refunds or transfers are allowed less than two weeks before race day. Race credits must be used within one year unless an extension is granted for medical reasons or military deployment with prior contact.
