Post Falls Triathlon

The Post Falls Triathlon is an annual sprint event held at Q’emiln Park in Post Falls, Idaho, featuring a scenic course along the Spokane River. The triathlon includes a 0.5k swim at Q’emiln Beach, a 19.6k bike ride west along Riverview Drive to the Idaho-Washington border and back via the Centennial Trail, and a 5k out-and-back run from Q’emiln Park to Falls Park. A duathlon option is also available, combining running and biking on similar routes.
