Pride 5K

The Pride 5K is an annual running event held at Carrier Park Shelter on Amboy Road in Asheville, North Carolina. This inclusive 5K run/walk welcomes both competitive runners and casual participants, featuring age category awards across three gender categories: man, woman, and nonbinary/genderqueer. The event supports Blue Ridge Pride’s Health Equity and Mental Health programs.

Participants can enjoy amenities such as a coffee truck, snacks, water, and vendor booths from LGBTQIA2S+ fitness organizations and businesses. A virtual 5K option is also available. All finishers receive medals, and team fundraising awards are given.
