Event overview
The Prove It 5K & 10K takes place April 18, 2026, at GM Milford Proving Ground in Milford, MI (3399 General Motors Rd, 48380). The course runs on the GM automobile test track, a facility that is normally closed to the public and opens for this event one day each year. Both the 5K and 10K are USATF-certified. The 5K is one lap with 225 feet of elevation gain; the 10K is two laps with 450 feet of gain. A Double Event option allows participants to complete both distances sequentially.

Included with registration: custom race shirt, finisher's medal, race day photos, post-race food and drinks, and awards. The event is the first race in the Trivium Michigan Mega Medal Series; six event medals connect into one larger medal. Refund policy: no refunds within 30 days of the event; earlier requests may receive a 50% refund (processing fees excluded).
