Event overview
The Pumpkinman Triathlon Festival takes place in South Berwick, Maine, at Spring Hill (117 Pond Rd.). The triathlon events are scheduled for Saturday, September 12, 2026; a separate Running Festival is scheduled for Sunday, September 13, 2026. The 2026 edition is the event's 20th anniversary. Saturday triathlon event types listed include Sprint Triathlon Individual, Sprint Triathlon Relay, Olympic Triathlon Individual, Olympic Triathlon Relay, and Olympic Aquabike. Relays are offered for both Sprint and Olympic distances. A price range is shown for triathlon registration: $150 to $270.

Participants receive a swag bag and T-shirt. Saturday events include a post-party with an Autumn Harvest Brunch and fall games. For the Running Festival, all events except the one-mile fun run include a ticket to a separate Harvest Brunch. Athletes who race on both days receive special challenge swag.
