About the race
The 12th Annual Wells Veterans Day 5K, hosted by the Wells Chamber of Commerce, takes place in Wells, Maine. This flat 3.1-mile course runs through scenic, remote back roads, making it ideal for both first-time runners and those aiming for a personal record. The event starts and finishes at the Trailblazer's Family Club on Bills Lane, a new location replacing the former Wells Elks Lodge.
Entry fees are $20 for adults, $15 for students, and free for children 10 and under, with the first 100 registrants receiving a men's long-sleeve t-shirt. Proceeds benefit Honor Flight Maine, supporting veterans. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
