Quarry Turkey Half Marathon

Quarry Turkey 2025 takes place at Quarry Lakes Regional Recreation Area in Fremont, California, on the Saturday after Thanksgiving. The event offers a fast, mostly-flat course on Quarry Lakes trails with options for a half marathon, 10K, or 5K, plus a free Little Turkeys Run for children (about 100 yards). The Thanksgiving-weekend atmosphere is family-friendly, with Thanksgiving-themed costumes encouraged and walkers welcome.

The race supports the Alameda County Community Food Bank; participants are urged to bring canned goods (cash donations are also accepted).
