Raceway 5K

Raceway 5K/3K is a Run/Walk event held at Raceway Woods Forest Preserve in Carpentersville, Illinois, at the site of the former Meadowdale International Speedway (N/W Corner of Route 31 & Main Street/Huntley Road). The event offers 5K and 3K routes for runners and walkers, with a family-friendly, community atmosphere and a special note that dogs are welcome. The course combines historic track features—curves, straightaways, bank turns, and hills—inside a scenic northeastern Illinois preserve.
