Rail Trail 10K Race

The Rail Trail 10K Race in Hamden, Connecticut is a 10-kilometer run held on the Rail Trail’s Railroad Canal Line. In its ninth year, it serves as the 2025 10K State Championship for the Road Runners Club of America. The course stays entirely on the rail trail—no cars and no street crossings—featuring a flat, picturesque out-and-back route through fall scenery.

Participants receive a 3-inch custom finisher medal and tech shirts; finishers enjoy water or Gatorade at the end, plus live results and free photos.
