Event overview
The Reindeer Run is a community 5k walk/run on Saturday, December 6, 2025, in The Plains, Ohio. The event takes place at the Eclipse Company Store, 11309 Jackson Drive, The Plains, OH 45780. Costumes are encouraged. Hot chocolate and visits with Santa are part of the event, and lunch will be available at the store after the run.

Registration fees listed by the organizer are $20 for adults and $10 for youth under 18; race day adult registration is $30 and youth remains $10. Long-sleeve tee shirts are available for purchase at the event. All registered participants receive a jingle bell necklace. The Reindeer Run is hosted annually by Friends of Athens CASA, and proceeds support the Athens CASA/GAL Program and the local children served by the program.
