Rescue Me 5K

The Rescue Me 5K is an annual run/walk event held in Lincoln, New Hampshire, benefiting the Lakes Region Search and Rescue (LRSAR). The 6th edition takes place at One Love Brewery, featuring a flat and fast 5K course. Participants can join in person or virtually, with virtual runners completing the distance anytime within a week of the event.

Registered runners receive a T-shirt (if registered early) and a custom finisher's medal. The event includes a post-race party with a raffle and awards for the top male and female finishers. Strollers are allowed, but pets are not, except for service animals.
