Event overview
The Rescue Me 5K is scheduled for Saturday, November 8, 2025, in Lincoln, New Hampshire. The event is the 6th annual run/walk and benefits Lakes Region Search and Rescue (LRSAR), a non-profit, all-volunteer organization formed in 2019 to assist New Hampshire Fish & Game with wilderness search and rescue missions in the Southern White Mountains and Lakes Region. The start and finish are at Basecamp Brewing, 25 South Mountain Drive, Lincoln. The course is flat.

Logistics and rules
Registration fees listed for the in-person 5K are $35 for adults and $30 for ages 3-17; day-of registration fees are higher. Registered participants receive a T-shirt if registered by September 30, 2025, and a custom finisher's medal. Virtual participants will not receive a shirt or finish medal. Virtual runners may complete the 5K (3.1 miles) any time and location and have from November 8 to November 15 to submit results online.
Bib pickup and day-of registration are located at Burgeon Outdoors. Parking is available at Price Chopper, 10 Paper Mill Dr, Lincoln. Awards are given to the top three male and top three female finishers; recipients must be present unless other arrangements are made. Dogs are not allowed on the course except for service animals; strollers are permitted. The event proceeds in all weather and there are no refunds. Post-race festivities take place at Basecamp Brewing and include a raffle with tickets sold on race day. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
