RileyStrong 5K Run

The RileyStrong 5K Run and Youth Fun Run is held annually at the American Legion on North 11th Street in Monmouth, Illinois. This event features a 5K color run/walk and a shorter kids' fun run of approximately three blocks for children aged 10 and under. The race honors Riley Thomas, a young girl who bravely battled Rhabdomyosarcoma, and serves as a fundraiser for St.

Jude Children’s Hospital. Participants enjoy a supportive and family-friendly atmosphere, with awards for children and RileyStrong and St. Jude merchandise available.
