Rock the Heat 10k

The Rock the Heat 10k and 5k is a scenic race held at Rock Creek Regional Park in Rockville, Maryland. Participants can choose between a 5k or 10k course through trails and paved paths featuring rolling hills. The event supports Medals4Mettle®, donating old medals to inspire those fighting illnesses.
