Event overview
The 5th Annual Roseland Park Christmas Run is scheduled for December 13, 2025, at Roseland Park in Woodstock, CT (205 Roseland Park Rd, Woodstock, CT 06281). The event offers multiple distances for different ages and abilities, packet pickup on race day, and an awards ceremony. Parking is available at Roseland Park on a first-come, first-served basis and at the Roseland Park Golf Course parking lot across the street. Online registration opens on 9/1; same-day registration may not be available if the event reaches full capacity. Custom race BIBs are available and names are guaranteed on bibs for registrations completed by 11/15.
Race distances and awards
- 1/2 mile - Rudolph Kids Fun Run (inside the park)
- 5K - Jingle Bell 5K
- 5 miles - Holly Jolly 5-Mile
All 5K and 5M finishers receive custom finisher medals; Kids Fun Run participants receive holiday-themed medals. Awards include male and female overall and age group winners for the 5K and 5M (based on gun time). Additional recognitions cover best dressed in a Christmas costume, fastest team (minimum three athletes), largest team, and the first dog to finish in each race. The event offers a 10% registration discount for veterans and active military, professional race photography, live music by a DJ, and post-race refreshments. Awards require presence to be received.
