About the race
Rowlett Holiday 5K & Fun Run is the first annual community-running event held at Rowlett High School in Rowlett, Texas. It offers a 5K Run, a Kids and Adult Fun Run/Power Walk, and a Shirt Only option. Described as a family-friendly celebration of fitness and giving back to the Rowlett cross country program, the event aims to bring the community together for a festive morning.
The course is an out-and-back route on the RHS campus and through the nearby Pecan Grove Park trail, with mixed concrete and grassy sections. All 5K finishers receive a medal, and participants are encouraged to wear holiday gear. The event features on-site vendors and sponsors.
