Registration, rules and logistics
Registration prices shown include a reduced price before a November 1, 2025 deadline and specific fees for each event: the 5K and one mile are listed at $20, the kids run at $5. RRRC members receive reduced fees for some events. Pre-race bib pick-up is scheduled at Lucky Road Run Shop (Willow Lawn); check-in and on-site bib pick-up take place at ACAC Midlothian on race day.
Registration includes chip timing for in-person participants, post-race snacks, RRRC running socks for the first 300 registrants, and in-person awards for overall, masters, grand masters, and age groups. The minimum age for the First Day 5K is five years old on or before race day. Strollers are allowed but should start at the back; participants must take care when passing others. There is a two hour time limit for the 5K. All entry and processing fees are non-refundable and non-transferable; transfers are allowed only via the event wait list after a sellout.
