Run Back to School 5K

The 12th annual Run Back to School 5K, 1 Mile, and Fun Run takes place in Weatogue, Connecticut, at Latimer Lane School (33 Mountain View Drive). The event offers three races—a 5K, a 1-mile race, and a kid-friendly Fun Run—set in a family-focused, safe, and energetic atmosphere. The 5K follows the same clearly marked course as last year, at the intersection of Latimer Lane Road and Valley View Road; the 1-mile route begins at Colonial Drive and Mountain View Drive; the Fun Run runs on the Upper Fields.

Hosted by the Latimer Lane School PTO, the event promotes healthy habits for kids and families, with proceeds benefiting the school’s Physical Education program. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
