Run for MWS 5K

Run for MWS 5K is an inaugural Mid-Atlantic Regional Race to benefit the Mowat-Wilson Syndrome Foundation. The event takes place at Monocacy Village Park in Frederick, Maryland. Runners and walkers can choose from a 5K Run/Walk, a Fun Run, or a Support/Spectator option.

All registrants receive a Run for MWS t-shirt, and participants’ names are entered for prize draws. The day features awards for the top three overall male and female finishers. A course map is available, and proceeds support MWS awareness and research in the rare genetic condition discovered in 1998.
