About the race
The Run for the Beaches 5K & Fun Run/Walk is held in Treasure Island, Florida, at Gulf Front Park. This event features a chip-timed 5K run/walk along the wide, hard-packed shoreline exposed by the early morning low tide, offering scenic views of the beach. It also includes a 1-mile Fun Run/Walk for a more relaxed pace, plus kids' races: the Turtle Hatchlings Dash for ages 1-5 and the Kids Turtle Dash for ages 6-12.
