The Run For The Hall 5K & Health Expo is set for March 21, 2026 at Saint Mary's Hall, 9401 Starcrest Dr, San Antonio, Texas. The event includes a health expo with multiple vendors and post-race activities on the school campus. Finisher medals are provided to all 5K participants.

Registration fees include a race shirt and a finisher's medal for the 5K. Early registration through December 31, 2025 is listed at $25; the price increases to $35 on January 1. Other fees shown are Sponsor a Participant $40, Kids Dash $18, and Race Day registration $45. To be guaranteed a shirt, sign-up must occur before March 9, 2026.
