About the race
The Run for the Reef is a scenic running event held in Navarre, Florida, featuring 10K, 5K run, 5K walk, and a one-mile fun run for children 12 and under. The race starts at the Navarre Beach Boat Launch parking lot and follows a beautiful out-and-back course along Gulf Boulevard and Whitesands Boulevard. Participants have time limits of one hour for the 5K and ninety minutes for the 10K.
The event includes packet pick-up at Windjammers on the Pier, a post-race party with music and refreshments, and awards featuring handcrafted medallions by a local artist.
