About the race
Run of Hope Seattle is an annual charity race at Seward Park in Seattle, Washington. The event offers a 5K Run, a 3K Walk, a Kids Dash for ages 8 and under, and a Virtual 5K. The course is an out-and-back with a central start/finish, offering views of Lake Washington and finishing on the lawn with refreshments and an awards ceremony.
Proceeds support pediatric cancer research at Seattle Children’s, directed to funds such as Brain Tumor Research and the Ben Towne Center for Childhood Cancer Research. The event is timed by Tortoise and Hare; dogs on leashes are welcome. Top fundraisers can win prizes, and 100% of donations support research.
