RUN ROCKAWAY BEACH Fathers Day Half Marathon and 5K
The event takes place on Saturday, June 20, 2026, in Rockaway Beach, NY, with the start and finish on Beach 94th Street on the boardwalk. It is presented by Rockaway Track Club and includes a half marathon and a 5K.

Course and event details
The half marathon is run as two loops that start and finish on Beach 94th. Each loop goes west from Beach 94th to a U-turn at Beach 124th, then east to a U-turn at 54th before returning to Beach 94th. The 5K is an out-and-back course from Beach 94th west to Beach 124th and back to the finish at 94th. Both the half marathon and the 5K are USATF certified courses.
Public parking is available in the lot on Beach 94th. Bib tag and T-shirt pick up occur on race day. For the half marathon there are at least four water stops for each loop. Water and Gatorade will be available at multiple locations. A T-shirt and a medal are included. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
