Run Under the Lights

The MCRRC Run Under the Lights is a 5K Run/Walk in Gaithersburg, Maryland, held at Seneca Creek State Park on Nov 22, 2025. The City of Gaithersburg, in partnership with the Montgomery County Road Runners Club, hosts this nighttime race as part of the Winter Lights Festival, featuring more than 380 illuminated vignettes and 65 animated displays. Runners follow park roads that are closed to traffic for the event, with only emergency and race-management vehicles allowed.
