Event overview
RunWild is a community running event on Saturday, February 28, 2026, in Wildlight, Florida (123 Tinker St). The event offers the following distances:
- 5K
- 10K
- 1 Mile
Entry fees for the 5K and 10K vary by date: $30 through December 31, $35 from January 1 to February 20, $40 from February 21 to 27, and $50 on race day. The 1 Mile fee is $10 at all listed times. The organizer does not allow refunds or transfers.
Race logistics and amenities
All participants receive a Dri-Fit logo T-shirt, a branded hat, and a medal for finishers. The top male and female overall finishers in the 5K and 10K receive a $100 gift card. Plaques are awarded to top master male and female, and three-deep in age groups from 19 and under, then 20-29 through 80 and over in ten-year increments.
Packet pickup is available at two 1st Place Sports store locations on Friday, February 27, from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM; all packets move to the race site for race day pickup. On-site amenities and activities include a kid’s zone, live music, mobile massages, a fruit stand, food trucks, model home tours, and a selfie station. Bikes and dogs are not allowed on the course.
