Ryan's Race 5K

Ryan's Race 5K is a community running and walking event held at Odessa High School in Townsend, Delaware. The race features a 5-kilometer course suitable for both runners and walkers, with a special competitive walking category requiring participants to walk the entire distance. The event offers chip timing using the MYLAPS BibTag system and awards for top finishers across various age groups and categories.

Participants receive tee shirts, and post-race refreshments and music create a festive atmosphere. The race supports the Ryan R. Wagner Scholarship Fund and encourages community involvement through sponsorship and volunteer opportunities.
