About the race
Salt Creek 24 is an all-day, all-night endurance event held at Salt Creek Recreation Area in Port Angeles, Washington. It offers three options: a 24-hour race around a 1.3-mile loop, a Relay Team format, and a Last Runner Standing challenge that summits Striped Peak (~3.75 miles with about 1,000 ft of elevation per summit). Runners enjoy views of the Strait of Juan de Fuca, mossy evergreens, and WWII history.
The course mixes paved and unpaved surfaces; participants can lap at will, with a cozy Race Central and a fully stocked aid station. Camping, swag, and optional fundraising accompany the experience. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
