Salt Creek 24 is a unique 24-hour running event held at Salt Creek Recreation Area in Port Angeles, Washington, offering stunning views of the Strait of Juan de Fuca, lush evergreens, and historic World War II sites. Participants can choose between a solo or relay 24-hour race on a 1.3-mile loop combining paved and unpaved trails with 100 feet of elevation gain, or the challenging Last Runner Standing event, which involves hourly 3.75-mile summits of Striped Peak with over 1,000 feet elevation gain. The event features a fully stocked aid station, festive activities, and encourages fundraising for charity.
