About the race
Santa Rosa Turkey Trot is a Thanksgiving morning running event in Santa Rosa, CA, centered at Old Courthouse Square. It features a Turkey Trot 5k and Tiny Turkey .05K for children under 5. The 5k course is a flat figure-eight through town, onto the Prince Memorial Greenway, and back, on pavement and packed dirt.
The event is chip-timed and welcoming to runners, walkers, and those in turkey costumes. A new course was introduced in 2025. The Tiny Turkey offers a short loop around City Center for ages 1–5.
