About the race
Saratoga 5K Fun Run/Walk is a community fundraising event in Saratoga, California, organized by the Saratoga Education Foundation. The 5K starts and finishes at Redwood Middle School, winding through neighborhood streets on Allendale Avenue and Harleigh Drive, with course markings and volunteers guiding participants. The event also features a Kids Dash (0.25 miles) for children 5 and under on the Redwood track.
Post-race festivities include food trucks, awards, raffles, games, and sponsor information tables. Proceeds support Saratoga Union School District programs such as elementary makerspace and science labs, music and PE, and middle-school STEM.
