Savannah River Marathon

The Savannah River Marathon, organized by Augusta Run Club, takes place in North Augusta, South Carolina. This fourth annual event offers marathon, half-marathon, and 10K distances, with a total field capped at 225 runners. The half marathon course forms the marathon, which is a double loop; the 10K route is distinct.

All races start and finish at the Sharon Jones Amphitheater and traverse the North Augusta Greeneway, cross the Savannah River, and run the River Levy Trail into Augusta, GA. The course features chip timing, aid stations every 2–3 miles, and post-race awards. Packet pickup is October 17; time limit is six hours; refunds are not offered.
