The Scarecrow Scuttle is scheduled for October 25, 2025 at Old McDonald’s Farm, 14369 County Rd. 145, Sackets Harbor, NY. The event will take place rain or shine. Event parking is on the grass to the left of the admission building.

Registration for the 5K and 10K includes a T-shirt and a finisher medal; a finisher medal is guaranteed for the first 80 pre-registered 5K runners and the first 20 pre-registered 10K runners. Personalized bibs are available for registrants who sign up three weeks before the race. The 5K and 10K routes leave the farm driveway, proceed onto North Harbor Rd., turn onto County Rd. 75 and Ridge Rd., and use marked turnarounds; the 10K continues further with additional marked turnarounds. The Family Fun Run may follow the 5K route or use the Wizard of OZ Trail around the farm, which is not paved and may be muddy. No dogs are allowed on the course. Awards are given to the top male and female overall and to the top two male and female finishers in standard age groups. All proceeds assist The Arc Jefferson - St. Lawrence.
