Seward Sizzler Trail Run

The Seward Sizzler Trail Run is a scenic trail running event held at Seward Park in Seattle, Washington. Set on a peninsula surrounded by Lake Washington, the course features a loop mostly through old-growth forest known as “The Magnificent Forest,” with towering Western Red Cedars and Douglas Firs. Runners can choose between 4.2-mile and 10k distances, navigating a mix of wide, smooth trails and narrower, twisty sections with natural obstacles like roots and fallen trees.

The event offers aid stations with refreshments and post-race snacks, creating a friendly, community atmosphere.
