About the race
Shea’s Chase 5K Run & Walk, in Greensboro, NC, returns for its 10th year at Revolution Mill. The event offers a 5K Run/Walk plus options for college students, Veterans and Active Duty Military, First Responders, and under-18 participants, along with a Smiles For Miles 1-Mile Fun Run and a virtual version. The course, starting at the Stacks in front of Kau, winds through Revolution Mills and historic mill neighborhoods before finishing back at the Stacks, followed by a post race party.
The goal is to promote mental wellness through movement and conversation and raise awareness of suicide and mental health services. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
