About the race
Sheep Shuffle is a community running event in Liverpool, Pennsylvania, hosted by Good Shepherd Lutheran Church. It offers a fast 5k and a Little Lambs Mile, both starting and finishing at the church campus. The Little Lambs Mile is described as a flat-ground route.
The event typically draws about 60–70 runners, with proceeds supporting the church, the local food bank, and other church programs. After the race, the Stephania Crouse Memorial Spring Fling features vendors, soup, bake sales, and a chicken barbecue, with pre-orders suggested for the BBQ. Race-day packet pickup begins in the social hall, and preregistration includes a guaranteed T-shirt while supplies last. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
