Race details and logistics
In-person entries include a bib with timing chip, a finisher medal, refreshments, and a shirt. Shirts are guaranteed only if ordered by October 15, 2025. Race timing is managed by Fit2Time using ChronoTrack. Course maps have USATF numbers: 5K is FL25014 and 10K is FL25015JK. Awards are given to HCSO first place finishers and to first, second, and third place finishers in male and female age groups: 12 & under, 13-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70-79, 80-89, and 90+.
Packet pick up is scheduled at multiple locations prior to race day; virtual participants receive mailed packets and cannot pick up in person. Race rules note that participants must use their assigned bib, obey course monitors and safety personnel, and may wear headphones. Baby strollers, baby joggers, and wagons are allowed only if registered and must keep babies and children inside them for the entire run.
