Shirley May France 10k
The Shirley May France 10k is an annual road race held in Somerset, Massachusetts, hosted by the Somerset Economic Development Committee and presented by Bank 5. The event honors Shirley May France, a teenage swimmer who nearly completed the English Channel swim in the late 1940s. The race course runs along historic Riverside Avenue, looping around Dublin, High, and South Streets before finishing at the Comfort Zone Restaurant, which also hosts the post-race celebration.
