Shoot for the Stars 5k

Shoot for the Stars 5k is a community running event hosted at Taylor Ranch Elementary School in Venice, Florida, scheduled for Saturday, February 28, 2026. The day features a chip-timed 5K Run/Walk and a Virtual 5K Run/Walk, welcoming participants of all ages and fitness levels. It aims for a celebratory morning with awards and a post-race party.

Swag includes a custom finisher medal and a short-sleeve shirt (sizes and availability subject to a deadline). Advance packet pickup is the Thursday before the race at the school. Proceeds support Taylor Ranch Elementary’s programs, funding senior scholarships and two interventionists to help students reach reading and math goals.
