About the race
The Sister to Sister Fitness Festival 2025 is a 24th-annual event held in Cedar Hill, Texas, at the Alan E. Sims Cedar Hill Recreation Center (310 E. Parkerville Rd).
It features a 5K on-site course and a Virtual Run option, with onsite and virtual participation to walk or run from anywhere. Themed “Riding the Blue Wave,” the festival highlights male breast cancer survivors and emphasizes shared involvement in the fight against breast cancer. Race-day perks include T-shirts for early registrants and finisher medals for the first 350 finishers, plus a range of fitness activities at the recreation center.
