Sisters Country is a trail running event on Sunday, May 3, 2026, in Sisters, Oregon. Both courses start and finish at Village Green Park in the center of town.

Registration for the event closes May 1. The lodging partner is Left Coast Lodge, which requires a two-night minimum; additional lodging is available in Sisters, Redmond, and Bend. Post-race food and beer will be available for participants and volunteers. The event beneficiary is the Ridgeview High School cross country team.

Course details and rules

50K course facts:

• Total ascent about 2400 ft and descent about 2400 ft.
• Approximately 85% single track and 15% gravel road.
• Five stocked aid stations along the course.
• Views of the Cascade Peaks, including the Three Sisters.

Half marathon course facts:

• About 700 ft of climbing.
• Roughly 95% single track.
• Two aid stations.
• Much of the route runs among Ponderosa Pines.

• Trails are multi-use and remain open to mountain bikers and hikers during the event.
• Roads are open to vehicles when entering town to finish; participants should be aware of traffic.
• No dogs are allowed to run with participants. No headphones are permitted once on the paved road to the finish.
• Each finisher receives a finisher medal; top three non-binary, female, and male finishers receive prizes.
